Enjoy the remodeled backyard with restored pool, new spa, firepits, misting system, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen.  All interior and exterior furnishings were curated by H3K Design.  No expense was spared when creating this luxe mid-mod gem.

This premium home is priced accordingly.  But remember to consider the following when justifying the price.  The rental price of this home is all inclusive (almost), and it covers the following items that are often additional fees at other similar homes:

This seasonal rental is the ideal home for those wishing to be in the middle of everything that Rancho Mirage  & the Coachella Valley offers desert vacationers. Within walking distance of Wally's Desert Turtle and a few shopping centers where you will have access to restaurants, coffee bars, and shopping!  Downtown Palm Springs is a short 15-minute drive, while The Shops on El Paseo is a 5-10 minute drive. Explore hiking, biking, golfing, tennis and so much more; there is an outdoor activity for everyone! Coachella  &  Stagecoach Music Festivals, are held every year in April and are only 25-minute away!

The home's name, An Extra Hour of Sunshine, comes from a mid-1930's marketing campaign "one more hour sun".  This campaign’s aim was to encourage Palm Springs' elite to start investing in property just to the south and east where it is said that the sun shines for one hour more than the city of Palm Springs due to the shadows cast by the San Jacinto Mountains.  Once here, you will understand why Magnesia Falls Cove was one of the first established neighborhoods in Rancho Mirage and deemed Palm Springs' favorite suburb!
